Josie Tait

Studio Co-Ordinator/Fitness Instructor

I have the best job in the world! I'm very proud of my Sweatshop Team and I get to share my passion for exercise and fitness with people everyday, be it one to one coaching with my clients with their nutrition or working out with members in the group fitness classes.


My route into the fitness industry came after I lost 7 stone and realised how good eating a clean diet and daily exercise made you feel. Now I get my enjoyment out of helping others with the same goal.

John Martleton

Owner/Gym Manager and Instructor

I have been part of numerous sporting backgrounds over the years including Football and Muay Thai. This is an exciting venture for me in helping people achieve their fitness goals.


You can expect to see me either behind the desk organising and pushing the Sweatshop brand or on the floor pushing you through your paces in one of the many fitness classes we have on offer at Sweatshop Gym.

Loz Stubbs

Personal Trainer/Prenatal & Post Natal PT/Class Instructor

I have an enthusiastic approach towards fitness and have been passionate about sport from an early stage. From the age of about 5 I have studied all aspects of dance, including: ballet, tap, contemporary, street and even pole fitness. As well as dance I also enjoy teaching Boxing and Body Combat. 


I have achieved a high level of fitness due to my Army training as well as also having a level 3 qualification in Personal Training, Nutrition and Prenatal and Post Natal. I really enjoy helping people to achieve their goals and help improve fitness levels.

I aim to make every session different, fun and enjoyable whilst helping you reach your goals whether it be for weight loss, tone, strength, improve fitness levels or for overall health and longevity.
I don't believe in fad diets just a happy, healthy balanced lifestyle to help maintain long term goals for lasting well being as a whole not just a quick fix

I have been a Personal Trainer for 13 years so I bring a lot of experience with me. In this time I have learned how to get the most out of my clients and help them get the results they are looking for.

Working with me isnt just about a quick fix, I will educate you on excercise and nutrition and show you that you done need to give up everything you enjoy to get your results you desire.

Being an Instructor/ Personal Trainer is the only job I have done since leaving school and I take great pride in helping people reach their fitness goals.

As well as a Personal Trainer I am also a Sports Therapist, helping people get rid of those aches and pains and stresses of everyday life.
