Josie Tait 

Position :Fitness Instructor/Studio Co-Ordinator/Kick Start Fat Loss Manager



Josie Says ; " I have the best job in the world, I'm very proud of my Sweatshop Team and i get to share my passion for excercise and fitness with people everyday, be it one to one coaching my clients with their nutrition or working out with members in my group fitness classes.  

My route into the fitness industry came after I lost 7 stone and realised how good eating a clean diet and daily exercise made you feel.  Now I get my enjoyment out of helping others with the same goal.

John Martleton

Position: Owner/Gym manager and Gym Instructor



Having been a part of numerous sporting backgrounds over the years including Football and Muay Thai John says this is an exciting venture for me in helping people achieve their fitness goals you can expect to see me either behind the desk organising and pushing the Sweatshop brand or on the floor pushing you through your paces in one of the many fitness classes we have on offer at The Sweatshop Gym 




Ben Barker

Position : Personal Trainer/Group Trainer


Ben says " From a young age I have been into all kinds of Sport from Football to Cricket and then I started getting into the gym side of things from the age of 18 on and off with mixed results but then decided to take it serious around 5 years ago and went into Personal Training 3 years ago. I enjoy working with a wide variety of people, from people who are starting out to people who are more elite. You will find me taking classes on the gym floor or interacting with people around the gym." 





Loz Stubbs

Position : Personal Trainer / Group Exercise Instructor 


Loz says; "I have an enthusiastic approach towards fitness and have been passionate about sport from an early age. From the age of about 5 I have studied all aspects of dance, including: Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Street, and even Pole Fitness. As well as dance I also enjoy teaching boxing and body combat. 

In addition I have achieved a high level of fitness due to my Army training. 

I have a level 3 in Personal Training and Nutrition; I really enjoy helping people to achieve their goals and to help improve fitness levels."
