SWEATSHOP GYM offers a wide variety of classes, from beginners to the more advanced. Whether it's bootcamps or boxing, you're sure to find a fun and challenging workout that's appropriate for your level of fitness.
ABS & CORE - Working on your core strength and targeting that mid section through a range of exercises. Feel that burn!
BOOGIE BOUNCE- Is an amazing workout performed on a mini trampoline. This is a fun and funky workout that will leave you laughing and sweating in equal quantities. Check out our Boogie Bounce page and videos.
BOOTCAMP - Is a class containing body weight and free weights improving fitness and strength using a wide variety of different exercises. Suitable for all abilities and levels of fitness. With different formats that get rotated round on a weekly basis it makes classes fun and fresh but also give enough continuity so you can track your progression,
COMBAT FIT - High energy combat class to pumping tunes. A great high kicking, ninja style choreographed class that will have you pumping with sweat. A fantastic cardio workout incorporating boxing combinations, kicks, squats and a cheeky abs section at the end.
HATTONS ABC BOXING - This class comes straight from the Ricky Hatton academy. Boxing combinations combined with plenty of cardio and body weight exercises will push your fitness through the roof and develop your pad work.
H.I.I.T - This is a high intensity class using interval training. It is a great way to burn fat and improve your fitness levels.
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS- Great class that focuses on those problem areas.
CIRCUITS- Full body workout using body weight, weights, kettlebells and a whole host of other equipment. A great blast and gauranteed to do the job
FBX- Fat Blast Xtreme. Constantly varied each week and very high intensity.
R.I.P.P.ED - Does exactly what it says. This class is a high intensity class with short rest periods. It gives you a great work out and pushes you to your limit.
STRENGTH - Mainly consists of free weight exercises working on your strength using heavier weights with lower reps.
TABATA- Always working to the same format of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest this is a great class with endless variations. Gauranteed to keep you on your toes and gasping for breath.
